You are doing the right thing. What I wouldn't give to quit my job and stay home with my baby. I'd spend $75 of labor to can $15 of fruit (at home with my baby a few feet away playing) over earning $75 working for the MAN any day. There is nothing that compares to making something to nourish and care for your family. There is no amount of money that can replace that feeling. Probably you also abuse and neglect them by not serving bacon every day for breakfast. If you were a decent parent, you would cut out this being-Jewish silliness.
