Thanks for all you are doing to protect the environs from wanton, irreversible degradation and global biodiversity from massive extirpation; to preserve Earth’s resources from relentless dissipation and the future of our children from reckless endangerment; to save “the pale blue dot” from the ravages of unbridled global overproduction, overconsumption and overpopulation activities of the human species in these early years of Century XXI.

The universe – including we insignificant primates – are one. When you understand this then the limits – those edges – are no longer edges but rather part of a continuum between our bodies and our minds and everything “else” and “other” beings.

From this understanding arises compassion (this I see has one of the truly amazing emergent qualities or consequences of sentience – spontaneous arising of compassion when a healthy mind achieves an understanding of non-duality).

With this profound compassion, barriers between men resolve into something else – a relationship that calls out for compassion and love and caring and effort for our fellow men.

Doing anything less means that one is not awake, not listening to the universe, on a dark path.

The good thing is that, as long as we live, there is always a chance to build and live with compassion and to treat our world with loving kindness.
