I&#039;m so on board.  I was really inspired by your &#039;Real Life Food Storage Stories&#039; as well.  And it helped me to realize that stocking up on a few things doesn&#039;t make me a crazy conspiracy theorist (it&#039;s the other stuff I do that does that!).  ;)

I wrote a post yesterday on my blog about how I want to think better about food so that way I&#039;m always eating S.O.L.E. food and saving money.  I started creating an inventory of what I already have in my pantry.  I think this will be a great help in meal planning and preserving of food for when times are tough (and they are right now).  Thanks again for posting this!</description>
