Certain Funds Affiliated With The Blackstone Group to Sell Common Stock in Secondary Offering

CHICAGO, May 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ - General Growth Properties, Inc. (NYSE: GGP, the “Company”) today announced that certain funds affiliated with The Blackstone Group have agreed to sell their 23,431,803 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, in an underwritten public offering.  The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.
